Step 2: IEP Breakdown & Action Plan

• Deliverable:
  – A simplified IEP Overview for parents
  – Main goals & objectives
  – Accommodations & modifications explained
  – Service minutes translated into daily/weekly expectations
• Value Add: Parent cheat sheet with suggested at-home supports

Step 3: Monthly Custom Support Pack

• Deliverable (Digital or Printed):
  – 2–4 Lessons per Month aligned with IEP academic goals
  – Visuals or sensory tools if needed
  – Parent instructional guide
  – Progress tracker/checklist aligned to IEP benchmarks
  – Rubric for mastery tracking

Step 4: Virtual Parent Coaching & Check-Ins

• Frequency: Biweekly or Monthly (Premium & Annual Path clients)
• Goal: Help parents navigate IEP meetings, data tracking, and communication with the school
• Includes: Script suggestions, email templates, questions to ask
